Admission Procedure

As per the rules & regulation of Department of Higher Education Govt. of Madhya Pradesh, Barkatullh University, Bhopal and Board of Secondary Education, M.P., Bhopal.


Following Documents are required for B.Ed. and M.Ed. Admissions:

• Attested Xerox copies of First year, Second Year & Third year Degree Mark sheets.
• Attested Xerox copy of Passing or Degree Certificate
• Attested Xerox copy of Caste Certificate (If applicable)
• Attested Xerox copy of Mark sheet of Post graduation (if applicable)
• Affidavit - In case of change of name (attested Xerox copy)
• Proof of Date of Birth (Mark sheet of 10th or 12th )
• College Leaving Certificate (T.C.)
• Passport Size Photo
• Migration Certificate (Applicable for Other University Candidates)
• Domicile Certificate For M.P. Candidates only.

Following Documents are required for D.El.Ed. Admissions:

• Attested Xerox Copies of 10th and 12th Mark Sheet.
• Attested Xerox Copies of Caste Certificate (if applicable).
• Affidavit - In case of change of name (attested Xerox copy).
• School Leaving Certificate (T.C.).
• Passport Size Photograph.

Eligibility for Bachelor’s of Education (B.Ed.):

1. Candidates with at least fifty percent marks (50%) either in the Bachelor’s Degree and/or in the Master’s degree or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the B.Ed. programme.


2. The reservation in seats and relaxation in the qualifying marks(45%) in favour of the reserved categories(SC,ST & OBC) shall be as per the rules of the State Government.

Eligibility for Master’s of Education (M.Ed.):

1. Candidates who have obtained at least 50% Marks in the B.Ed./BA.B.Ed/BSC.B.Ed/D.EI.Ed degree are eligible for admission.


2. The reservation for SC/ST/OBC and other categories shall be as per the rules of the State Government, There shall be relaxation of five(05%) percent marks in favour of SC/ST/OBC and other categories of candidates.

Eligibility for Diploma in Education ( D.El.Ed.):

1. Candidates with at least 50% marks in the senior secondary (+2) or its equivalent examination are eligible for admission.


2. The reservation for SC/ST/OBC and other categories shall be as per the rules of the State Government,. There shall be relaxation of 5% marks in favour of SC/ST/OBC and other categories of candidates.
